Currency: All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals on xc444 are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by xc444 on PKR transactions.
Supported deposit methods: xc444 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa for fully verified accounts are typically processed within thirty minutes during active platform hours. Bank transfers and Raast follow standard interbank processing timelines. Card withdrawals follow the processing schedule of the issuing bank, typically one to three business days.
Withdrawal requirements: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
xc444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals. This is standard anti-fraud practice and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount of PKR bets that must be placed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and the minimum odds or game contribution rules are stated on each individual promotion. Placing bets that do not qualify — such as bets below the minimum odds threshold on sports — will not count toward wagering.

Settlement: Results are settled based on official match data from recognised sports governing bodies. In cricket, this includes official scorecards from the relevant cricket boards. For PSL and T20 internationals, settlement follows PCB and ICC official result sources.
In-play betting: Live bets are accepted subject to availability of live data. xc444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
All casino games in the xc444 game lobby — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to the rules and RTP (Return to Player) figures set by the respective provider. RTP percentages are independently verified and displayed on each game card in the lobby.
